2. What data we process and where it comes from

This website has no contact forms, registration, newsletter or analytics tools, and uses no cookies. Personal data reaches us only when you choose to write to us:

  • By email to lom@lom.archi: your email address, your name and whatever details you include in your message.
  • Through business WhatsApp: phone number, profile name and the content of the conversation.
  • By telephone: calling number and the details you provide during the call.

This means identifying and contact data (name, telephone, email, company) plus anything else you freely communicate, including project or property information where it is needed to answer your request.

No personal data is needed to browse this website. We only process what you choose to send us, and we do not process special categories of data (health, ideology, etc.).

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

  • Answering enquiries and information requests (email, WhatsApp or telephone). Legal basis: your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Preparing and performing commissions and contracts, including invoicing and accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations (art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Relations with architects, studios, suppliers and collaborators in the course of our professional activity. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running the business and performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Handling complaints and exercising or defending rights. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations.

Your data is not used for automated decision-making, profiling or unsolicited commercial communications.

4. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: as long as needed to answer them and then for a maximum of one year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Contractual relationships and accounting: for the duration of the relationship and then for the statutory retention periods (generally six years for commercial and four years for tax purposes).
  • Claims and liabilities: for the applicable legal limitation periods.

5. Recipients and processors

Data is never sold or transferred to third parties except where legally required. To operate, we rely on providers acting as data processors, under contract and with access limited to what is strictly necessary:

  • Contabo GmbH — hosting of the website and of our internal management system (servers located in the European Union).
  • DINAHOSTING, S.L.U. — professional email service.
  • WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta — when you choose to make contact through business WhatsApp. Messaging may involve transfers to Meta group servers outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or European Commission adequacy decisions).

The company's tax, accounting and legal advisers may also access the data where necessary, as may public authorities in the cases provided for by law.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and withdraw at any time any consent you have given, by writing to lom@lom.archi. We will explain how to proceed and may ask for the information needed to verify your identity.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), although we would appreciate you telling us first so we can try to resolve it.

7. Cookies

This website uses no cookies or equivalent technologies and includes no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party services that track browsing. That is why there is no cookie consent panel: there is nothing to consent to.

8. Minors

The services on this website are aimed at professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14; if we became aware that we had received any, we would delete it.

9. Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption of the website traffic via HTTPS.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The published version is the one in force from its publication date.
