Integrated architectural envelope.
Twelve waterfront residences under one continuous roofline required glazing, cladding and bespoke components to be developed as a coordinated envelope. Our work began alongside the architect at concept stage.
Twelve residences. One continuous roofline.
Twelve private villas share a continuous roofline and an inner courtyard. A yacht club, fitness and spa facilities, and a boutique hotel complete the waterfront ensemble.
Early involvement allowed us to resolve the façade geometry, glazing and junctions with the architect while the overall design was still being defined.
Private residences at the water’s edge.
From left to right: the yacht club, a private residence with a glazed atrium at the tip of the peninsula, and the neighbouring villa with an open inner courtyard.
Sheltered courtyards. Open views.
Point-fixed printed-glass screens shelter the courtyards from northerly winds. Ventilation louvres in the atrium roofs provide air exchange while the glazing maintains visual openness.
Profiles, glass and cladding.
The envelope combines Reynaers profile systems, Guardian glass and custom profiles for decorative elements. Aluminium sheet cladding with Sea Grade surface treatment covers the façade surfaces; its junctions were coordinated with the glazing and curved geometry.

Maritime character. Carefully resolved details.
Opening circular windows combine the maritime reference with ventilation. Their junctions with the aluminium cladding were resolved within the façade panel layout.
Light, shade and one continuous roofline.
Horizontal shading fins, slender columns and glazing meet beneath the continuous roofline. The detail shows how these separate components form a consistent façade rhythm.
